Description

We will learn or review the basic stitches of this technique, an introduction to the materials, how to use the Lunéville hook, the correct setup and preparation of the embroidery hoop to begin embroidering, or answer any questions students may have.

Lunéville Embroidery for All Levels, thread embroidery, etc.—for students who wish to build on the knowledge acquired in the Beginner’s Course or other levels and want to progress to the more advanced levels of Lunéville Embroidery (French Tambour) or who wish to get started in this art form.

Familiarization with the materials, proper setup, and preparation of the embroidery hoop to begin embroidering. We will work intensively on the essential stitches and exercises needed to master crochet embroidery. We will learn the techniques for embroidering with different types of embellishments:

– Sequins

– Crystals

– Stones

– Beads

– Threads

– All mounted on silk organza.
