PROFESSIONAL HAUTE COUTURE EMBROIDERY TECHNIQUE

In this course you will work through the exercises of Professional Levels I, II and III, along with pieces chosen for you, in tambour (Lunéville) haute couture embroidery.

This course is for anyone who wants to reach a professional level in haute couture embroidery.

It is a technique you can build a professional career on.

The course is both theory, where I teach you the techniques, and practice, where you put them into your own hands.

We raise the level with new materials: feathers, leather, inlays, set stones and more.

You will refine your control of spacing, and work with volume, relief and colour to build complex forms.

The embroidery kit is included in the course:

– Lunéville hook
– Natural silk organza
– Natural silk threads
– Beads and sequins
– Leather and natural silk

– The course is taught one to one, entirely around you
– All materials are included, except the frame
– The frame is provided for the duration of the course
– If you would like to take a frame home at the end, you can buy one directly from me.

– Please note: a 1 m wide frame is recommended for this course (395 €, includes cotton tapes and mounting needles).

The atelier is in Bellaterra, 20 minutes from central Barcelona and 30 minutes from the airport.
