PROFESSIONAL HAUTE COUTURE EMBROIDERY TECHNIQUE
We begin by revisiting the key stitches from Professional Levels I and II. The level rises as we work with new materials.
This course is for anyone who wants to take their haute couture work to a professional level.
It lets you add a technique to your work as a designer or dressmaker, or simply learn a new way of finishing your own garments — with results that are unique and unmistakable. It is a technique you can build a professional career on.
The course is both theory, where I teach you the techniques, and practice, where you put them into your own hands.
– A review of the key stitches from Professional Levels I and II.
– New materials and a higher level of difficulty.
– Refining spacing in your embroidery, and working with volume, relief and colour to build complex forms.

EMBROIDERY KIT INCLUDED
The embroidery kit is included in the course:
– Natural silk organza
– Natural silk threads
– Beads and sequins
– Leather and natural silk
GOOD TO KNOW
– The course is taught one to one, entirely around you
– Professional Levels I and II, or equivalent experience, are required
– All materials are included
– The frame is provided for the duration of the course
– If you would like to take a frame home at the end, you can buy one directly from me.
– Courses are taught at the atelier in Barcelona. On request, I can also travel to your home or workplace — ask me about the additional cost.
– Please note: a 1 m wide frame is recommended for this course (395 €, includes cotton tapes and mounting needles).

The atelier is in Bellaterra, 20 minutes from central Barcelona and 30 minutes from the airport.
